Once you sign up to any of the Assistant Institute brands you’ll immediately receive your login details.
If you haven’t received them in 5 minutes please check your Spam or Junk folders.
If they are not there, then please send us an email using the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will respond within 12 hours. Please don’t initiate a chargeback or refund request until we have had the chance to fix this for you – 98% of the time there has simply been a typo in the email address using when signing up.
We offer a full refund, no questions asked. The following criteria must be met:
- The refund request is received via email within 30 days of the course being purchased. This can be done using the form on this page.
- You have not completed the course, and taken the exam. As soon as the exam is taken there will be no further refund requests purchased. We believe this to be a fair approach.
Once you have finished the assignments in all of the first six units, you will be well-prepared to take the exam. It consists of:
- Multiple-choice questions assessing your knowledge of virtual assistant principles.
- Some of the assignment work you completed for each of the first six units.
Detailed instructions for the exam are provided on the exam page itself. The exam is not overly challenging, and our pass rate is quite high, so there’s no need to be anxious.
