Once you sign up to any of the Assistant Institute brands you’ll receive your login details within 5 minutes..
If you haven’t received them in 5 minutes please check your Spam or Junk folders.
If they are not there, then please send us an email using the contact form on this page.
We will respond within 24 hours.
Please don’t initiate a chargeback or refund request until we have had the chance to fix this for you – 98% of the time there has simply been a typo in the email address using when signing up.
We aren’t accredited simply because there is no major governing body for such courses – and becoming accredited simply means we need to raise our prices which we plan to keep as affordable as possible.

We offer a full refund, no questions asked.
The following criteria must be met:
- The refund request is received via email within 30 days of the course being purchased. This can be done using the form on this page.
- To receive a refund you must have not completed the course, and taken the exam. As soon as the exam is taken there will be no further refund requests purchased.
Downloadable Resources & Workbooks
We share many of our resources (checklists, contracts, templates etc) as Google Docs or Google Sheets.
We also share some of our workbooks, such as the one found in the Data Entry Institute, as a Google Doc.
Please open then links, and download a copy to your own computer.
You don’t need to request to edit the document. You need to download your own copy of the document to edit it.
Course, Assignment, and Exam Questions:
You receive this once you complete the final exam and scored a mark above 170 out of 200.
Once you have finished the assignments in all of the first six units, you will be well-prepared to take the exam.
It consists of multiple-choice questions, and some of the assignment work you completed for each of the first six units.
Detailed instructions for the exam are provided on the exam page itself – which can be found near the bottom of your dashboard.
The exam is not overly challenging, and our pass rate is quite high, so there’s no need to be anxious.
Units 1 through to 6 all ahve assignements.
You are simply asked to save these written assignments onto your computer somewhere.
You do not need to send them all to us.
What you do need to do is send a selection of your written answers to us, which we will ask you to copy/paste into the final exam. This is why we ask you to save all your answers onto your computer to have them ready for the final exam.
If you submitted the exam, and haven’t heard back within 48 hours, we likely have a small backlog.

We mark exams Monday to Friday.
This means if you have submitted an exam on Thursday – you will need to wait until early the following week to hear from us.
